NAME: 
  Cygwin Here

PURPOSE: 
  Simple solution to starting a cygwin prompt in a specific directory.
         
INSTALLATION: 
  You can choose either:
  
  - "manual"

    Download CygwinHere<version>.zip 

    Small zip file containing a registry patch file and instructions.
    Installation is a double-click on the .reg file. 
    Uninstallation requires editing the registry.

  - "automatic"

    Download Setup_CygwinHere<version>.exe

    A executable installer and uninstaller. Achieves the same end
    result as the manual method, but is less fuss and supports 
    un-install.

RELEASE NOTES

  0.1.3
    Very quick and dirty, based on newsgroup/mailing list postings. 
    No automatic uninstall.
    Seems to effectively log in twice, which is unattractive but doesn't
    matter too much. 
    Uses DOS icon (ie not Cygwin icon) which is annoying but also doesn't
    matter too much.
